第一部份(Part One), 簡介(Introduction)

Week 1. 什麼是生物反應器 ? What is a bioreactor ?

第二部份(Part Two), 生物化學簡論(The Basics of Biochemistry)

Weeks 2-3. 生物學簡論(An overview of Biological basics.)。
Weeks 4-5. 酵素(Enzymes.)。
weeks 6-7. 細胞如何運作 (How cells work.)。
Weeks 8-9. 主要之新陳代謝途徑 (Major metabolic pathways.)。
