Course Description 教授基礎的質體構築設計,DNA重組剪接,RNA抽取與鑑定,基因轉殖植物分析,蛋白質純化,西方轉漬法鑑定蛋白質等實驗操作,此課程注重「實驗親自實作」,與純聽講課程不同,且為動物、植物生物科技學程承認之學分,實驗室設備齊全,歡迎同學選修。
This class mainly focus on laboratory practice of molecular biology techniques including various DNA, RNA and protein-related skills. The credit will be counted by program of animal/plant biotechnology. All facilities are well designed and organized for about 30 students.

Evaluation
三位老師分別於課程結束當週進行小考,實驗操作亦分為三個階段分別評分,六個分數取平均值計算。
