Course Description 本課程藉由了解植物基因轉殖技術之歷史、現況與應用,進而探討如何利用生物資訊、大數據等最新分子生物技術找到基因轉殖之目標基因。透過全面了解基因轉殖相關之所有技術與知識,可以使學生對生物技術領域有通盤的認知與了解,進而開發新的觀念與技術。需對分子生物有基本觀念較佳

本課程之目標是藉由植物基因轉殖技術之深入探討,讓對分子生物涉略不深的學生也能進入植物分子生物的世界,了解園藝作物基因轉殖之全貌,進一步思考生物技術在各個面向之應用。
