Course Description 勞工保險自1950年開始在臺灣試辦，1958年勞工保險條例正式立法通過，2022年勞工職業災害保險及保護法單獨立法。絕大部分的勞工與企業都實際為勞工保險的被保險人或投保單位，對於勞工遭逢疾病、生育、年老、死亡、失能等普通事故或職業災害時，能及時提供最基本的社會保險給付，平衡社會風險所生的損害。不僅與每位勞工及其家屬的生活保障息息相關，也與企業內的風險分擔有密切的關係。不論是勞工或是企業經營者，對勞工保險皆應有基本的認識。對法律系的學生而言，在處理有關人身損害的民刑事案件時，通常都會涉及勞工保險的問題。勞工保險條例與勞工職業災害保險及保護法皆屬於社會保險法的一環，而社會保險法是社會（福利）法的核心領域，不僅勞動部對勞工保險條例的適用，已有不少的法規命令與行政解釋，而且行政法院與普通法院也累積了相當豐富的判決因此，法律系學生對勞工保險更不應該忽視此一存在超過七十年的法律制度的運作。

2.書面報告33.3%：撰寫勞工保險法判決簡評，或小論文或論文緒論2000-5000字。
3.隨堂問答筆記或上課筆記或其他自主學習心書面心得33.4。
4.扣分項目：上課缺席未請假每次扣學期成績2分。
