課程簡述	本課程由四位教授分別依各自之專長講授真菌、細菌、線蟲及病毒等植物病原微生物之特性、鑑定方法及其所引起病害之臨床診斷技術，每位研究生於本課程中需採集至少20種以上之真菌與類真菌病害標本，進行診斷鑑定，並敘述病徵、病原特性及其重要性等，並於學期結束前彙整成冊，繳交報告。此外，每位學生必需在其論文主要研究之病原微生物外，再選擇另一類病原微生物所引起之病害，進行其病害臨床診斷鑑定技術之學習，內容由各專長授課教師安排，進行各項診斷鑑定技術之試驗，並繳交報告，於學期末並針對學生所學進行期末考試。 This course is taught by four professors, each covering plant pathogenic microorganisms according to their areas of expertise, including fungi, bacteria, nematodes, and viruses. Instruction focuses on pathogen characteristics, identification methods, and clinical diagnostic techniques for the diseases they cause. During the course, each student is required to collect specimens of at least 20 fungal and oomycete diseases, perform diagnosis, and describe the symptoms, pathogen characteristics, and their significance. These works must be compiled into disease diagnosis reports and submitted before the end of the semester. In addition, each student must select a disease caused by a type of pathogen other than their thesis topic and learn the diagnostic techniques associated with that pathogen. The content is arranged by the instructors according to their specialties, and students will conduct diagnostic experiments using various identification techniques and submit a report. A final examination will also be administered at the end of the semester to assess students’ learning outcomes.
