(中)課程主要講述有機高分子材料之核心技術包括化學合成反應、分子結構式/性能關聯性及產業多元應用。國際產業經濟急速變化,課程增加特論”紅色供應鏈、氣候變遷、美國2025「製造優先」三大趨勢衝擊下,臺灣化學材料產業之展望-- [重新定位]臺灣傳產轉型、國際化與永續性。”-Facing Three Global Megatrends of Red Supply Chain, Climate Change and Trump MAGA, the Future Outlook of Taiwan Chemical Material Industry。第二段課,案例說明: 舉例美國化學材料產業50年演變過程[關鍵案例] ,說明產業發展的關鍵因素 -- 技術創新/創造力(innovation and creativity)、技術應用與市場的整合能力; 具體範例五項以上,包括複合材料、奈米材料、分散技術、傳產及電子通訊用高分子、5G材料、及生醫醫藥用等。本課程的目的: 傳授最基本的高分子材料化學結構式與性能之間的關係,簡單化”高分子化學材料” ,以讓第一次接觸高分子材料的學生亦可以吸收之方式呈現。鼓勵學生發問討論以及運用AI作業取代傳統書面考試 (提供部分電子檔講義) 。
(Eng.) The course includes the chemistry of organic polymers, synthesis, chemical structure, physical properties, functions and industrial applications. Follow by special topics on “Facing Three Global Megatrends of Red Supply Chain, Climate Change and Trump MAGA, the Future Outlook of Taiwan Chemical Material Industry-transformation, globalization and sustainability”, After the fundamental learnings of organic chemistry and polymers, in the second section of this curse, it will be emphasized on their industrial applications, including composite, nanomaterials, dispersion/interfacial/surface technology, commodity/specialty of polymeric materials in chemical industries, polymer for electronic communications, 5G materials, biomaterial and biomedicine. The examples particularly included the key technologies emerging in the recent 50 years of chemical industry evolution initiated in US since 1940 WWII.
