課程簡述 Food is the most important thing for the people. How to improve the yield and quality of crops to provide them with sufficient food is the top priority of agricultural experts. However, with the rapid changes in the global environment, the traditional variety improvement and the improvement of farming techniques are facing bottlenecks. Plant gene transfer provides a breakthrough. In this course, the current principles and technologies related to plant-based transgenesis, including the construction of transgenic vectors and the molecular detection of transgenics, are properly discussed, so that students have a comprehensive understanding of which is helpful for future employment or research on related topics.
