課程簡述 課程系統介紹民法一般商事規定與商事法特別之商業法規內容之比較並透過生活見聞、實務個案及司實務運作之現況運用，藉以印證法理及實務之差別，藉以提升同學對法律議題的興趣與認識。
The curriculum system introduces the comparison between the general commercial regulations of civil law and the special commercial regulations of commercial law, and uses life experience, practical cases, and the actual operation of the company to confirm the difference between legal theory and practice, so as to enhance students' interest and understanding of legal issues
