課程簡述 This course provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts, methods, and applications of bioinformatics. Students will learn how computational techniques are used to analyze and interpret biological data, with a focus on genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic information. Topics include biological databases, sequence alignment, phylogenetic analysis, gene prediction, functional annotation, and basic statistical and machine learning approaches in biological data analysis. The course also introduces programming tools commonly used in bioinformatics and emphasizes practical skills through hands-on exercises. By the end of the course, students will be able to understand and apply bioinformatics methods to solve problems in modern biological and biomedical research.
