| 課程簡述 | 本課程的目標是，針對觀光旅遊、各地美食、觀光餐飲管理有興趣的同學來修課，並加強其對觀光英文基本的專業知識、學習動機，與語言溝通、跨文化理解能力的提升。課程內容，包含多元化主題的介紹，如旅館英文、世界旅遊、餐飲英文等。授課老師亦會利用課堂或學校ilearning, 或是課本影片內容，或相關觀光餐飲英文資料或影片(如youtube)，作為補充。提升學生基本的觀光溝通單字、文法、對話、閱讀等能力。 課程主題，主要介紹各種旅遊種類、世界旅遊趨勢、規劃旅遊、住宿交通，旅遊結合節慶、美食。 |

| The course aims first to help those who are interested in tourism be familiar with basic vocabulary/grammar, and be confident in the professional and communicative skills needed for the international tourist industry. Second, it intends to introduce a wide range of travel-related topics ranging from world tourism, jobs in tourism, visitor centers, package tours, hotels, food and beverage, nature tourism, air travel, hotel operations, marketing and so on. Thirds, group discussions and worksheets are designed in addition to online quizzes and midterm/final exams (reports). Finally, supplementary materials will be provided from websites, youtube movies and teacher-tailored handouts, in order to enhance students’ language awareness and communicative skills for the international tourism. |
