課程簡述	(中文)本課程將介紹有關食品毒物與表觀基因學間的關係，包括：DNA甲基化、組蛋白修飾、及小分子RNA的改變。並介紹食品中毒後產生的表觀基因變化程序與誘發疾病。 (English) This course will introduce the relationship of food toxicology and epigenetic regulation, including DNA methylation, histone modification, and microRNA changes. And introduce food intoxication induced epigenetic regulation and disease onset process.
