Course Description The aim of this class is to examine the subject from the perspective of the law of the sea, covering the key topics from the legal regimes governing the different jurisdictional zones, to international cooperation for the protection of the marine environment. The course will provide a comprehensive understanding of the concepts, main principles, and legal relationships ties in law of the sea, as well as the analysis of relevant legal materials.

This class will be taught in Mandarin, but the course materials for this class will be in English.
