Course Description 勞動基準法為規定勞動條件最低標準,保障勞工權益的法律。本課程以實務上適用最廣的勞動基準法為核心,講述工資、工作時間、休息、休假、職業災害補償等最低勞動條件的理論與實務。培養勞動法的專業法律能力,使學生將來不論從事人力資源管理實務工作,或是法律實務工作,都能具備處理的能力。本課程延續上學期勞動法課程,未上過勞動法課程的同學也可以修習。

Evaluation
一、期末考試佔50%:可能為簡答題、問答題、實例題
二、平時成績佔50% :1.課堂隨堂問答筆記,2.自主學習問答,3.上課筆記,4.自主學習書面心得,以上作業至遲必須於第16週期末考前上傳i-learning,逾期不計分。
三、平時成績扣分項目:曠課未請假,每次扣平時成績4分,逾6次不得參加期末考試。
