課程簡述	Business research method is one of the compulsory courses for MBA students, mainly about the fundamental concepts and applications of research methods in business and management. This course also covers the introduction of library databases, critical thinking, and results explanation and implication, and students are expected to use research design and strategy to develop a research proposal. The research methods taught in this course include survey, case studies, interview, qualitative research, quantitative research, experimental design, observational studies, focused group and secondary research methods. The library databases and articles searching are introduced and the library visit is also held. Finally, students are encouraged to conduct a field study by using interviews and observational studies to investigate research questions in a practical context. 本課程為MBA的必修課程，主要教授企業管理的研究方法的基本概念和運用，並介紹圖書資料庫的使用、批判性思維、以及研究結果的解釋與意涵。最後學生能融合研究設計與研究策略，發展一研究計畫書。本課程將介紹各類型的研究方法，包括調查研究法、個案研究、訪談法、質化、量化研究、實驗設計、觀察法、焦點團隊、次集資料法等。本課程也將介紹圖書館資料庫使用與資料搜尋、實際操作與圖書館參訪。最後，運用個案討論與演練等方式，期許學生能更深入地了解實務經理人如何運用研究方法來解決實務上的管理問題。最後，學生將採用適當的研究設計提出一研究計畫書。
