| 課程簡述 | 本課程以社會情緒學習(Social and Emotional Learning, SEL)為理念基礎,系統融入「生涯規劃六步驟」設計教學歷程,採講授與迷你講座建立生涯/職涯概念,搭配團體討論與多元表達性媒材(人生設計卡、Points of You 圖像卡、LEGO樂高積木、風險阻礙卡、實踐卡)、UCAN測驗與反思學習單,引導學生在對話與實作中完成探索、決策與行動規劃;並結合勞動部、企業等校外職涯資源,強化職涯準備。 一、課程前段(第1~7週): 聚焦自我覺察與自我管理,透過興趣、人格、能力與價值觀探索,並蒐集職業、產業與校園學習機會資訊,逐步形成可行的生涯/職涯方向。 二、課程中段(第8~14週): 透過多元實作工作坊,協助學生以不同視角梳理生涯抉擇、釐清行動動機,並運用 SMART 原則將想法落實為短、中、長程目標與行動藍圖;同時結合職能講座,強化「自我管理」、「社會覺察」與「人際技巧」,引導學生將學習與經驗轉化為可呈現的職涯作品與求職策略。 三、課程後段(第15~16週): 引導學生回顧階段性目標與成果,辨識推進目標時可能遇到的風險與阻礙,將卡關點轉化為可處理的行動策略,強化持續反思與滾動修正生涯計畫的能力,培養面對變動仍能穩健調整的生涯韌性。 國內外研究指出,有系統的自我覺察、職業探索與目標設定,有助於提升大學生的生涯發展能力與就業準備度,並降低學用落差。本課程期待學生善用跨域學習與多元探索,拓展生涯選擇的彈性與可能,學會在變動世界中滾動調整自己的生涯路徑。 This course is grounded in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and systematically integrates the “Six-Step Career Planning Model” into its instructional design. Through lectures and mini-talks, students build core career development concepts. Group discussions are paired with diverse expressive materials (Life Design Cards, Points of You photo cards, LEGO bricks, Risk & Barriers Cards, and Action/Implementation Cards), along with the UCAN assessment and reflective worksheets, to guide students in completing exploration, decision-making, and action planning through dialogue and hands-on practice. The course also connects external career resources from the Ministry of Labor, industry partners, and other organizations to strengthen career readiness. 1.Early phase (Weeks 1–7): The course focuses on self-awareness and self-management. Students explore interests, personality, strengths, and values, while gathering information on occupations, industries, and campus learning opportunities to gradually develop a feasible career direction. 2.Middle phase (Weeks 8–14): Through hands-on workshops, students examine career choices from multiple perspectives, clarify their motivation for action, and apply the SMART principle to translate ideas into short-, mid-, and long-term goals and action roadmaps. In addition, competency-focused talks strengthen self-management, social awareness, and interpersonal skills, helping students transform learning and experiences into presentable career outputs and job-search strategies. 3.Final phase (Weeks 15–16): Students review stage-based goals and outcomes, identify potential risks and barriers to progress, and turn “stuck points” into actionable strategies. This reinforces continuous reflection and iterative revision of career plans, cultivating career resilience and the ability to adapt steadily amid change. Research in Taiwan and abroad indicates that systematic self-awareness, career exploration, and goal setting help enhance university students’ career development competencies and job readiness, while reducing the gap between academic learning and workplace demands. This course encourages students to make good use of cross-disciplinary learning and diverse forms of exploration to broaden the flexibility and possibilities of their career choices, and to learn how to continually adjust their career paths in a changing world. |
