Course Description 健康園藝是以園藝療法為基礎，是一種透過園藝栽種或活動參與，增進人與自然環境、植物間產生互動，進而提升人類生理、心理、社交互動、邏輯認知、景觀美質之學科。本課程目標在於培育同學對健康園藝基礎理論之認知、園藝活動設計能力、現場實作與效益評估能力。
