課程簡述 本課程內容包括：台灣茶葉的起源和分布、茶葉種類、茶樹品種和生長習性、栽培管理之基本原理與作法等，本課程內容可提供農藝學系同學在作物生產管理與田間栽培實務之基礎知識。
The content of this course includes: the origin and distribution of tea in Taiwan, tea types, tea varieties and growth habits, basic principles and practices of cultivation management, etc. This course provides students with the basic knowledge of crop production management and field cultivation practices in the Department of Agronomy.
