Course Description 免疫力是人體抵禦外來病原與維持自我穩定的重要防線，而免疫學則探討身體如何分辨自我與非我，以及調控免疫反應的科學。本課程除介紹免疫學的基礎理論外，更強調近年快速發展的細胞與分子免疫機制，內容涵蓋先天免疫受器如Toll樣受器的功能、細胞激素與趨化激素在免疫調控中的角色、免疫細胞訊息傳遞網絡，以及淋巴組織維持功能的分子基礎。課程同時結合臨床與應用層面，探討自體免疫疾病、癌症免疫治療、免疫檢查點抑制劑、CAR-T 細胞療法等新興發展，並延伸至疫苗、免疫細胞治療與再生醫學等跨領域應用。透過最新研究案例與國際趨勢介紹，課程期望學生能夠理解免疫反應在健康與疾病中的多重角色，並激發對免疫學研究及其臨床轉譯應用的興趣。

1.建立基礎理論：使學生掌握免疫學的核心概念，包括先天與適應性免疫系統之功能與調控機制。
2.理解細胞與分子機制：認識免疫細胞間的分子交互作用、訊息傳遞路徑，以及細胞激素與趨化激素在免疫調控中的角色。
3.認識疾病機轉：探討免疫相關疾病，特別是自體免疫疾病與癌症免疫學，理解其病理機制與治療策略。
4.關注新興發展：了解近年免疫學的新趨勢，如免疫檢查點抑制劑、CAR-T 細胞治療、疫苗與免疫細胞治療等臨床應用。
5.培養跨領域素養：結合理論與臨床案例，提升學生將免疫學知識應用於生物醫學與公共健康領域的能力。
