| 課程簡述 | (中文) 本課程著重在以X-ray為主的材料特性分析上，講解X-ray的基本原理，與晶體作用後的繞射特徵，以及相關的晶體結構資訊。此外，亦會介紹IR與Raman spectroscopy從分子角度來了解材料結構的特徵。 (Eng.) This course focuses on X-ray-based material property analysis, explaining the basic principles of X-rays, their diffraction characteristics after interaction with crystals, and related crystal structure information. IR and Raman spectroscopy will also be introduced to understand material structure characteristics from a molecular perspective. |
