Course Description 利用能帶圖介紹基本半導體元件,包括二極體,金氧半電容器,場效電晶體,雙載子接面電晶體的電特性.
To learn the electric characteristics of basic semiconductor devices, including p-n junction diode, MS device, MOS capacitor, MOSFET and BJT by the energy band diagram.

正確畫出各種半導體元件,在平衡狀態和偏壓狀態下的能帶圖,並能分析載子的移動方式,進而推導出其電流和電壓之關係.
Under the thermal equilibrium and different biasing conditions, to draw the correct energy band diagrams of various semiconductors, and to derive the current-voltage relationship by analyzing the carriers motion.
