Course Description 儀器分析具有快速、高靈敏度與再現性、檢測極限低等優點。本課程將介紹常見應用於有機與無機物定性定量之儀器分析方法 (光譜法、質譜法、層析法) 與分析選擇方法,讓學生了解現代儀器分析現況與應用。
Instrumental analysis has the advantages of fast speed, high sensitivity and reproducibility, and low detection limit. This course will introduce commonly used methods of instrumental analysis (spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, chromatography) used in the qualitative and quantitative analyses of organic and inorganic substances and methods for selecting the suitable analysis, so that students can understand the status and application of modern instrumental analysis.
