| 課程簡述 | This course provides a practical introduction to economic forecasting, focusing on data-driven methodologies rather than formal time series theory. Students will learn how to explore time series data, construct benchmark forecasts, and implement widely used models to evaluate predictive performance. Using real-world datasets and R programming, students will develop the analytical skills necessary to interpret forecasts and support evidence-based decision-making in financial and economic contexts. | ||||||||

Homework and projects are group-based (max 6 groups); late submissions require prior approval. 4. Within-group and between-group peer evaluations are required and will affect individual grades. 5. Active engagement in discussions and workshops contributes to the final grade. |
