課程簡述 Sustainable Farming and Practices is an interdisciplinary course designed for second-year students in the International Bachelor Program of Agribusiness. Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on practice, field investigation, and collaborative problem-solving, students explore key principles of sustainable agriculture and soil management. Emphasizing experiential learning (EL), problem-based learning (PBL), and STEAM integration, the course helps students engage with real-world agricultural challenges. Students will also engage in sensory analysis, visual data interpretation, and creative expression to enhance their understanding of soil-rice quality relationships across regions and cultures. The course is conducted in English and promotes cross-cultural collaboration among local and international students.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you to take SOIL SCIENCE class before the course.
