Course Description (中)本課程是探討生物體的巨分子如何傳遞遺傳訊息的一門學科,是生物化學的進階課程,也是發展生物科技的核心基礎。講解內容以DNA如何經由轉錄轉譯機制來傳遞遺傳訊息為主軸,且介紹DNA如何複製和重組。此課程強調於如何設計實驗並解析結果,而非一味死記背誦。
(Eng.) Molecular Biology is a course that explore the flow of genetic information by macromolecules. This is an advance course of Biochemistry and also a fundamental course for modern biotechnology. The course focuses on how DNA passes genetic information via transcription and translation, and how DNA conducts replication and recombination.
