Course Description 介紹園藝作物之科學研究方法及儀器設備原理，並配合課程內容，實地操作試驗方法及樣品分析，並進行數據統計分析。

學生於本課程應可學習到：
1.農作物對無機養分之基本需求，影響植株養分濃度之各種內外在因素以及作物養分缺乏之診斷方法，如：養分供應診斷、植析、生化診斷、鏡檢等項目。
2.試驗規劃中採樣前處理、成份分析、評估及營養缺乏症狀之誘導等，並了解 GC、AA、HPLC、分光光度計等儀器操作。
