本課程之目的主要為透過實際操作過程、課程講授、影片教學與翻轉教學等方式，讓學生深入了解藥理學與藥物學之範疇、應用方式與限制。相關內容包括，課程簡介、動物倫理與動物權、藥理動物實驗與人類試驗介紹、3R原則、作用於中樞神經系統藥物、常用皮膚消毒劑介紹與實驗、新治療法介紹 (藥物穿透血腦障壁之策略、標靶藥物之研究介紹、動物與人類實驗模組)、細菌療法、嗜菌體療法、實驗室安全須知、動物實驗操作須知、中樞興奮劑作用之觀察、止痛劑之觀察、麻醉劑與鎮靜劑之觀察等實驗。The main purpose of this course is to deepen students' understanding of pharmacology and pharmacokinetics through practical hands-on experiences, lectures, video tutorials, and flipped teaching methods. The relevant content includes an introduction to the course, animal ethics and rights, introduction to pharmacological animal experiments and human trials, the 3R principle, drugs acting on the central nervous system, introduction and experimentation with common skin disinfectants, introduction to new therapeutic methods (strategies for drug penetration of the blood-brain barrier, introduction to targeted drugs, animal and human experimental models), bacterial therapy, phage therapy, laboratory safety guidelines, guidelines for animal experimentation, observation of the effects of central nervous system stimulants, observation of analgesics, observation of anesthetics and sedatives, and other experiments. |
