課程簡述 本課程以資訊傳播為基礎架構,教育及文化場館如何進行文字、圖像、影音資訊讀取方式,關係人權與社會發展。將從障礙研究理論出發,認識SDGs永續發展目標及聯合國身心障礙者權利公約CRPD,學習無障礙與通用設計方法,透過圖書製作與展覽規劃進行實務應用,落實圖書資訊共融之教育推廣理念。
This course is grounded in the framework of information communication and explores how educational and cultural institutions facilitate access to textual, visual, and audiovisual content, highlighting its implications for human rights and social development. It introduces students to key theories in disability studies, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). Students will learn principles of accessibility and universal design, and apply these concepts through practical projects such as inclusive book production and exhibition planning. The course aims to advance inclusive information practices and promote equitable access to knowledge in educational and cultural contexts.
