| 課程簡述 | This course is designed for doctoral students specializing in human resource management (HRM) and organizational behavior (OB) to develop a deep understanding of both classic and contemporary research on critical HRM issues. The course consists of two key components: 1. Participation The quality of this course depends heavily on active and thoughtful discussions. A specified list of readings will be assigned, and students MUST read the designated article(s) before each class session to engage meaningfully in discussions. Active participation is expected from all students. 2. Research Paper Each student needs to select a topic related to HRM or OB and conduct an empirical study, presenting original research and preliminary findings during class meetings. The research paper may be written in Chinese or English and will be evaluated based on originality, thoroughness, and scholarly rigor. |

| 1.課堂參與及討論(60%) 課前必須完整閱讀指定的論文，並於課堂中積極參與討論。 2.研究想法口頭簡報(10%) 提出一項人力資源管理或組織行為主題的研究想法，此項研究必須尚未在期刊或研討會發表，以及尚未被期刊接受發表；簡報時請以Colquitt and George (2011)的五個指標來說明研究價值，研究想法的成績評量也將以這五個指標為依據。 3.學術論文(30%) 延續期中簡報的研究想法，完成一份人力資源管理或組織行為主題之實證研究論文（至少包含緒論、理論基礎與假設推論、研究方法、資料分析初步結果）。 |
