| 課程簡述 | 介紹水稻的起源分布、演化馴化、遺傳資源、形態與構造、生長與發育、生產與栽培管理、病蟲草害、收穫加工及利用，了解水稻的各項栽培管理相關知識，包含遺傳、育種、生物技術及基因體學等以提升稻作產業的發展。 This course provides a comprehensive introduction to rice, covering its origin, distribution, evolution, and domestication, as well as genetic resources, morphology, structure, growth, and development. It also explores production and cultivation management, pest, disease, and weed control, and harvesting, processing, and utilization. Furthermore, the course integrates knowledge of genetics, breeding, biotechnology, and genomics related to rice cultivation to enhance the development of the rice industry. |
