課程簡述	本課程將針對土壤與植物的關係、植物營養於肥料以及利用適當的養分管兼顧農業生產力以及環境品質等做基本的介紹。 To provide a basic understanding of soil-plant relationships, plant nutrition, and fertilizers as well as how to balance agricultural productivity and environmental quality through proper nutrient management.

學完本課程後，學生將了解土壤與植物之間的基本關係、土壤肥力如何影響農業生產力以及施肥對環境品質的影響。
After this course, students shall understand basic relationships between soil and plants and how soil fertility affects agricultural productivity as well as the impact of environmental quality through fertilizing.
