Course Description 1. 介紹民事訴訟各審程序的進行（常態及特殊型態）、舉證程序、法院裁判的格式及效力，以及訴訟中之通常與非常的救濟方法（上訴、抗告、再審等）。
2. 配合課程進度，實施作業寫作及期末考試，當作練習，並檢驗學習效果。

學生應自行到法院觀覽審判程序進行，平時多閱讀法院裁判全文、熟悉裁判格式，以及閱讀法學論文，以加深學習程度。

期中考試（Midterm Exam）及課堂表現（Performance in Class）：50％
期末考試（Final Exam）：50％
