課程簡述 This is a capstone course which focuses on the strategic management of international business organizations in turbulent environments. Specifically, this course is build around the following issues. They are: (1) Foundations of multinational management; (2) strategy content and formulation for multinational companies; (3) management processes in strategy implementation; (4) strategy implementation for multinational companies, and (5) the ethical context of multinational management in terms of the textbook. Otherwise, the nature of the strategy, five cases and eleven academic papers will be discussed.
