| 課程簡述 | 農業旅遊，乃是在現代都市化發展快速及傳統農業轉型的情況下，結合了農業與旅遊業的新興休閒遊憩事業，並產生遊憩、經濟、社會、生態四大效益。而在旅遊的食、宿、行、游、購、娛、學、養等八大要素中，民宿業扮演非常重要的角色。近二十餘年來台灣民宿蓬勃發展，除了成為國旅之重要元素外，並吸引大量國外遊客住宿。本課程主要目的在介紹農業旅遊與民宿管理之基本概念，並強調民宿從規劃到營運管理的主要機能。課程理論與實務並重，且佐以農業旅遊與民宿成功實例個案研討。 Agri-tourism, which integrates the agriculture business into travel industry, is not only an emerging segment of eco-tourism and leisure agriculture, but a vital catalyst to enhance the branding and development of agriculture industry. As one of the crucial elements of total guest experience in Agri-tourism , Bed & Breakfast business has enjoyed a rapid expansion during the past two decades in both Taiwan and China. The major purpose of this course is to introduce the fundamentals of Agri-tourism and B&B business management. Both theory and practice will be emphasized and further illustrated by case studies, and successful B&B practitioners will also be invited as guest speakers to share their stories with students. |
