產銷履歷農產品驗證制度在我國推動近20年、驗證面積已逾95,000公頃，國人對於農產品安全品質之認同度亦與日俱增。為配合農政主管單位及消費市場需求，如何齊力推行第三人公正性農產品驗證方案，首要關鍵即為儘速育成更多具備農產品生產知識及符規性確認之專業輔導人才，以有效落實農業升級之政策推動。本課程擬自農糧產品生產基礎學科、病蟲草害防治、安全用藥技術、農產品驗證作業系統、及對生產者的輔導實務，進行循序漸進之教育培訓。此課程將著重於集團驗證總部管理、符規性品質查核及L3平台登打維護等作業之教學培訓，以強化輔導人力及驗證效能。
The certification system of traceable agricultural products (TAP) was implemented for ca. 20 years by the Ministry of Agriculture in Taiwan. The promotion of the TAP system was carried out by the operation standards, Taiwan Good Agricultural Practice (TGAP), which was certificated by a third party. So far, there have been approximately 95,000 ha of TAP-certificated farms. However, the counseling experts were the essential element for upgrading the extension of TAP certification. This course aims at the basic knowledge of cropping (TGAP), the technology of pest control, pesticide application in safety mode, certification system and TAP platform (L3), and all relative counseling information.
