課程簡述	(Eng.) Provide students the knowledge of domestic beef cattle regarding species, physiological regulation, nutrition requirements, management and biosecurity and breeding programs. A worldwide comparison of meat production in different countries will be introduced.

學習評量方式

There is one midterm exam and one final exam each. Quiz will be given occsaionally. The semester grade iscalculated based on the average score of quiz(10%), midterm exam(40%) and the final exam(50%).
