| 課程簡述 | 學習基本瘤胃生理與乳牛各階段之營養分需求，瞭解營養不良與代謝性疾病症狀; 學習常用原物料與芻料特性，應用於乳牛飼糧配方設計。 Provide students the backgrounds of nutrition requirement, nutrition imbalance and metabolic diseases in dairy cattle. Build up students’ ability on applying ruminant nutrition knowledge on feed formulation. |

| 本課程包含一次期中考和期末報告。學期成績由出席紀錄(10%)、期中考(40%)、期末考(20%)與專題報告(30%)的平均分數計算得出。This course includes one midterm exam and one final report.
