Course Description 面臨全球化的激烈競爭與瞬息萬變知識經濟時代下，對企業而言，科技管理已成為企業獲得持續性競爭優勢的重要來源。如何成功且不斷地推動技術與產品創新至市場中也成為企業的一大挑戰。本課程內容分成三大部分。
第一部分為科技產業管理人才常用的工具介紹。包含Google Analytics 、Power BI，並視當屆人才產業報告內容選合適的工具。
第二部分為技術與市場預測之介紹，此部分內容將有助於產業分析師之證照考試。
第三部分為科技管理之介紹與說明，本部分強調如何有效率管理科技創新的流程，並從科技管理觀點與企業管理實務的角度，介紹科技科技管理相關理論與實際個案討論，讓同學能熟悉策略科技管理時下議題，包括:創新的類型與模式、定義組織的策略方向、新產品開發過程之管理等、管理新產品開發團隊等。
高科技產業是我國經濟發展的柱石，透過個案報告與討論，課程中亦期望同學了解高科技產業中各產業概略之技術、產品、市場與產業的發展。

本課程從管理的觀點看待科技管理，結合科技發展、產品發展、組織活動等個案實務，探討創新與研發的必要性。本課程旨在系統性的說明創新的特性與趨勢，之後引導學生了解企業如何擬定創新策略，教導學生了解企業如何執行創新流程。
