課程簡述	本課程將從基礎癌症生物學介紹癌症之形成，著重由分子層次闡述癌細胞的生成、轉型、侵襲與轉移的機制，並由各種面向詳細地剖繪癌症的生物學，包括組織學、流行病學與分子細胞生物學。本課程在特色，除詳述癌症的基礎生物學之外，也著重由臨床醫師的角度來瞭解癌症，包括癌症的預防、診斷、治療，並整合以分子癌症學為基礎所開發之最新的癌症預防、診斷與治療方法。 This course will provide an overview of basic concepts of tumorigenesis, focusing on the molecular mechanisms of cancer cell transformation, progression, migration and invasion. In addition, the advanced topics, such as clinical diagnosis, prevention, therapeutics, and personal medical treatment will be also covered in this course by clinical oncology specialists. Through these lectures, students will learn about the modern knowledge in tumor biology; and link basic research concept with drugs/medical devices that can clinically improve diagnosis and individual therapy.
