課程簡述	1.幫助了解病毒實驗操作之嚴格要求之必要性。 2.使同學熟悉適用於動物病毒培養增殖之方法，並進一步了解其純化、固定與定量之各項試驗。 3.並藉由臨床檢體之提供，使同學認識病毒分離用病材之採取與保存之注意事項。
