| 課程簡述 |
本課程目的為透過實際操作過程、課程講授、影片教學與翻轉教學等方式，讓學生實際了解生理與生命現象之檢測與恆定，也能實際瞭解人體與動物個體的細胞、組織與器官的功能、應用與檢查方式。透過理論與實作的結合學習，能達到加深印象與印證觀念的雙重效果。課程規劃包括: 出血時間測定、凝血時間測定、血塊回縮時間測定、微血管脆性試驗、血壓測定與原理、心音測定與原理、心電圖檢測與判定、尿蛋白與尿糖測定、反射性試驗、感覺系統檢測、聽力檢查、胰島素對血糖濃度之影響、進食前後血糖與胰島素的變化等實驗規劃。
The purpose of this course is to enable students to understand the detection and homeostasis of physiological and life phenomena through practical hands-on processes, lectures, video tutorials, and flipped learning methods. Students will gain a practical understanding of the functions, applications, and examination methods of cells, tissues, and organs in the human body and individual animals. By combining theory with hands-on learning, this course aims to deepen impressions and validate concepts effectively.
The course includes the following experiment plans: measurement of bleeding time, measurement of coagulation time, measurement of clot retraction time, microvascular fragility test, blood pressure measurement and principles, heart sound measurement and principles, electrocardiogram detection and interpretation, measurement of urinary protein and glucose, reflex testing, sensory system examination, hearing test, the effect of insulin on blood glucose concentration, and changes in blood glucose and insulin before and after meals. |
