Course Description 本課程將以實證方法為基礎介紹組織資料分析，透由不同統計軟體 (如：SPSS、JASP與Mplus) 的實際演練，令同學理解組織中不同層級的資料結構與分析方式，並透由實務面的組織診斷角度，賦予分析結果具體的實務意涵，培養同學解讀組織資料與規劃行動方案的能力。
