課程簡述	Business law is the collection of areas of law that may affect business decision making. The course is designed to provide an understanding of the basic legal framework common to the international business environment, rather than focusing on any individual national law, though we might use a few U.S. cases and Taiwanese statutes for the convenience of discussion. The course is divided into 4 units, including the legal environment of business, torts and crimes, contracts and e-contracts, and fundamentals of technology transfer. Each unit would provide an introduction to the relevant areas of law.
