Course Description 本課程期以讓參與課程的同學，初步瞭解債之關係的動態發展，並擬透過實例解說的方式，使同學對於我國債法體系，尤其是債務不履行部分，有一定程度的理解。而就法定債之發生的部分，則特別強調請求權基礎的思考方式，並使同學瞭解及熟悉如何於具體個案中，判斷個別請求權是否成立的思考順序。

Evaluation
期中、期末考成績為主，輔以平時出席狀況、課堂表現。將於第一堂課說明。
