Course Description 人力資源管理是影響員工態度與行為以及組織整體績效的重要管理活動之一，本課程將介紹人力資源管理中的各項管理功能，以協助同學瞭解人力資源管理的基本知識與實務應用，本課程的教學方式以講授、分組報告與實務演講為主。
