課程簡述 | 1. 原子分子軌域,結構,物性,化性,命名,官能基, 親核, 親電子試劑, 及路易士酸鹼. 2. 解析化學加成, 脫去, 取代, 氧化, 還原,重排反應, 及合成設計. 3. 解析NMR, IR, UV, and Mass光譜. 4. 學習烷,烯,玦,鹵烷,芳香,醇,醛,酮,酸衍生物,碳水化合物,及氨基酸. |

Structure and Properties of Organic Molecules: Electronic Configurations of Atoms, Electronegativity(陰電性), Chemical Bonding (結構和化學 鍵), Valence Bond Theory, Hybrid Orbitals, Molecular Orbital Theory, Functional Groups(官能基), Polar Covalent Bonds, Resonance(共振), Polar Effect(極性效應)on Solubility, Intermolecular Forces, Lewis Acids and Bases, (3~4 h). 2. Alkanes (烷): Organic Nomenclature(有機命名), Physical Properties, Conformations(相對構像), Alkyl Radicals, Free Radical Halogenation(自由基鹵化反應), Carbocations, Carbanions, Carbenes, Biological Activity (4~5 h). 3. Stereochemistry(立體化學): Configurations(構像), Chirality(手徵 性), Optical Activity (旋光活性), Enantiomers (手性異構物) and Diastereomers (非手性異構物), Resolution of Enantiomers, Fischer Projection Formulas (3~4 h). 4. Alkyl Halides (鹵烷): Preparation(製程), Nucleophilic Substitution(親 核性取代) (SN1, SN2), Nucleophilicity and Basicity, Steric Effects, Solvent Effects, Leaving-Group Effects, Substituent Effects, Elimination(脫去) (E1, E2, E1cB), Regioselectivity(位置選擇性)and Stereoselectivity(立體選擇 性), Rearrangements, Synthesis(合成). (3~4 h). 4. Alkenes (烯): Stereochemistry (立體化學), Carbocation Structure and Stability(碳正離子結構及穩定性), Molecular Rearrangement(分子結構 重排), Reactions and Synthesis(反應與合成)(3~4 h). 5. Alkynes : Reactions(反應)(Hydration, Reduction, Oxidation, and Alkylation), Acidity, and Synthesis (合成)(2~3 h). 6. Alcohols: Preparation, Reactions, and Synthesis(製備, 反應與合成), Physical Properties (物性). (2~3 h). 7. Ethers, Epoxides, Thiols, and Sulfides: Physical Properties, Nomenclature, Reactions, and Synthesis (2~3 h). 8. Conjugated Systems: Molecular Orbital Pictures, 1,2 and 1,4-Addition, SN2 and SN2’ Reactions, Diels-Alder Reaction (2~3 h). 9. Reactions of Aromatic Compounds: Aromaticity (芳香性), Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Aryl Halides, Benzyne , Phenol, Benzaldehyde, Benzoic acid, Aromatic Electrophilic Substitution (芳香類親電性取代), Aromatic Nucleophilic Substitution (芳香類親核性取代), Regioselectivity(位置選擇性), Side-Chain Reactions, Heck Reaction, Synthesis (6~8 h). 下學期 1. Structur Determination: Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (核磁 共振光譜), Infrared Absorption Spectroscopy(紅外線吸收光譜), Ultraviolet Spectroscopy(紫外線光譜), and Mass Spectrometry(質譜)(8~10 h). 2. Carbonyl Compounds(羰基化合物): Aldehydes and Ketones(醛類及酮 類), Nucleophilic Addition(親核性加成), Reduction(還原), Oxidation (氧化), Protection(保護), Keto-Enol Tautomerism, Alkylation of Enolate Ions, Alpha-Substitution, Aldol Additions, Enamine, The Michael Reaction, The Robinson Annulation Reaction (6~8 h). 3. Amines (氨類) and Heterocycles (雜環): Properties, Synthesis, and Reactions (2~3 h). 4. Carboxylic Acids and Derivatives(酸及其衍生物): Acidity(酸性), Reactivity, Esterification(酯化), Hydrolysis(水解), Nucleophilic Addition (親核性加成), Reduction(還原), Oxidation(氧化), Reactions of Acid Derivatives with Organometallic Reagents, The Claisen Condensations, Enamine (6~8 h). 5. Carbohydrates: Classification, Stereochemistry, Cyclic Structures of Monosaccharides, Reactions, Disaccharides, and Polysaccharides (5~6 h). 6. Amino Acids(氨基酸), Peptides (肽), and Proteins (蛋白質): Structures, Isoelectric Points, Peptide Sequencing , Peptide Synthesis, Enzymes, and Coenzymes. (4~5 h). 7. Pericyclic Reactions (周環反應): Electrocyclic Reactions, Sigmatropic Rearrangement, 1,3-Dipolar Cyclo-Addition reactions (3~4 h). |
