Course Description 先介紹民法體系、私法上法律關係，建立學生學習民法的基礎知識及方法；然後配合民法總則的編次，依序介紹相關規定，及其解釋與適用，尤以法律行為規定為重點。配合課程進度，實施作業寫作及期末考試，當作練習，並檢驗學習效果。
