The course cover specific topics of bacteriology, including epidemiology of emerging bacterial infections, mechanism of antimicrobial resistance, pathogenesis, virulence factors, immune responses after bacterial infection, mathematical modeling of bacterial infection, phylogenetic analysis of bacteria. | ||||
