本課程針對大學部學生提供細胞遺傳學的基本介紹,主要目標為使學生了解染色體相關知識及近代細胞遺傳學技術與方法,學生完成本課程後將對不同染色體構造、數目、行為及其對生物之影響,具有辨識、描述與探討之能力。 The course is targeted at undergraduate students who need a general introduction to cytogenetics. The main goal is to present to students detailing all aspect of chromosome biology, and to know modern cytogenetic techniques and methods. At the end, student should be able to recognize, describe and discuss in detail the different aspects of chromosomal structure, number, and behavior, and their effects at the organism.
