本課程介紹管理功能(規劃, 組織, 領導, 控制)以及企業功能(人力資源,行銷原理,資訊管理,以及財務管理) (A)The course explains how the four functions of management namely planning, organizing,leading, and controlling are integrated and how they contribute to the success of a business.
